There is no doubt that mathematics plays an unrivaled role through time and through history. Right from the time of Abacus to present day, mathematics has been helpful in solving problems. Despite this noble place mathematics plays, there is an obvious death of it among secondary school learners, while in one hand, it is a foundational problem, i.e. primary school, in another hand, it is lack of creating competitive environment for younger learners. In view of this, it is imperative that mathematics competitions are been organized among secondary schools in Nigeria.

ABOUT D-GIFTED MINDS MATHEMATICS CHALLENGE

D-Gifted Minds Mathematics Challenge is a yearly mathematics quiz competition organized among public/government secondary school students in Nigeria targeted mainly to rewarding the intelligence of young lovers of mathematics by providing sponsorship for their education and lots more. You will agree with us that our educational standard is at its lowest ebb. We are therefore motivated by the will to endear in our young minds the desire to be in love specifically with mathematics and also to be part of mathematics competition. The need for reward as a motivation is also a key aspect of what we do among other things.
